Slovenia 2018

A group of Masters swimmers from Hounslow Masters (Hoo Hahs) Swimming Club, (Ken Adey, Jan Imrichovsky, Ian Pritchard and Chris Smith), along with Annie McGrath an ex Hoo Hah now swimming in Ireland, qualified for this years European Masters Competition and traveled to the beautiful country of Slovenia.
The main pool events were held in the olympic 50m outdoor pool in Kranj about 29 kilometres from the capital Ljubljana. Whilst the open water events were held in the breathtaking picturesque Lake Bled!
There was also time for lots of day trips and sightseeing.

All of the swimmers who competed said it was an unbelieveable experience, one which they would never forget!

As well as swimmers competing for Team GB we had members competing for the Chech Republic and Ireland!
